Job Description

Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer – Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers at Mondelēz International to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining displays. You will represent world‑famous brands such as Oreos, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

• Represent Mondelēz to in‑store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to optimize visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits per Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to maintain in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers, communicate any issues to the Mondelēz management team.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the applicant resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude capable of independent work.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles range from Auburn, ME (secondary: Waterville, ME).
• Schedule availability:
  Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat or Sun;
  Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri.
