You were born to be the boss. Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers — people who lead a team, ensure standards, and make sure customers are satisfied. This role is hands‑on, requires strong judgment, math, and multitasking skills. You’ll join a dynamic, flexible workplace where your experience will stay with you for years.

• Oversee all activities during your shift, including cost, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time and set an example for the crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, marketing, profitability, attendance, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a perfect shop image and adherence to standards.
• Engage in general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, receiving orders, inventory management, cleaning, and daily support.

• Strong math skills: adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing accurately and quickly; making correct monetary change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication to process orders over phone and in person.
• Ability to enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Good navigation skills for mapping, locating addresses, and navigating adverse terrain when delivering.
• Motor coordination and eye‑hand coordination for precise movements.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• Team leadership, judgment, and multitasking ability.

• Standing: tasks performed standing; walking surfaces ceramic tile or linoleum up to 48” high.
• Walking: short distances; delivery personnel travel between store, vehicle, and customer location.
• Sitting: paperwork usually completed at a desk.
• Lifting: bulk deliveries up to 50 lb, lifting cases up to 72” high.
• Carrying: large cans (3 lb), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb each), pizzas, beverages.
• Pushing/Pulling: trays on dollies, force up to 7.5 lb, pull trays.
• Climbing: occasional stairs or ladders; delivery may require five flights of stairs.
• Stooping/Bending: forward bending at assembly station, front counter, and stocking.
• Reaching: up to 72”, forward, downward tasks.
• Driving: deliveries within designated area, multiple deliveries per shift.
• Hand tasks: continuous use of hands, forearm/wrist force, grasping cans, phone, cutter, peel.
