Seven Healthcare is seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a 14-week local assignment in Waterville, Maine , providing care in a skilled nursing facility that specializes in post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation. This role consists of three 12-hour days shifts per week , offering $1,044 per week . Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse
Provide direct nursing care to residents following care plans and physician orders
Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly
Accurately document observations, vitals, and care provided
Collaborate effectively with CNAs, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain infection control standards and ensure regulatory compliance
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on rehabilitation and recovery
Requirements of the Registered Nurse
Active RN license in Maine (required)
Current BLS certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing or rehab
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work three 12-hour day shifts per week for the duration of the 14-week contract
