Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a reliable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local-only contract position in Waterville, ME. This role is ideal for a Maine-based LPN looking to provide hands-on care in a supportive facility without the need to travel far from home.

In this role, you’ll support patient care in coordination with RNs and the broader clinical team—providing direct nursing services, supporting daily living needs, and maintaining a safe and respectful care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and prescribed treatments

Monitor vital signs and patient responses

Assist patients with daily activities and hygiene needs

Document care accurately and timely in the EMR

Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare staff

Active Maine LPN license

Current BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in a clinical or long-term care setting

Excellent communication and patient care skills

Must reside locally or within commuting distance of Waterville, ME
