Responsibilities- Perform venipuncture and capillary punctures with precision, prioritizing patient comfort and safety.
- Collect, label, and process blood and other specimens using established techniques.
- Ensure the accuracy of collected specimens and perform waived testing as required.
- Prepare specimens for testing or shipment and maintain supplies and equipment.
- Foster a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement through collaborative learning opportunities.
Minimum 1+ year(s) of phlebotomy experience preferred, but we re willing to train motivated individuals.
Strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
Hands-on experience or completion of a recognized phlebotomy program preferred.
