Responsibilities:- Provide basic nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care transitions and comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Registered Nurse or other healthcare professionals
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Maine
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field preferred
- 0 years of experience, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days of employment
