Temple Academy, a Christ-centered K-12 school, seeks a Head of School to guide our students, faculty, and families in spiritual formation, academic excellence, and servant leadership. This is a rare opportunity to lead a vibrant school community where faith, learning, and character development are intertwined.

• Lead the school in alignment with its Christian mission, statement of faith, and biblical values
• Serve as the chief executive officer of the school, responsible for day-to-day operations and long-term strategy
• Develop and implement strategic plans in partnership with the Board of Directors
• Oversee curriculum development, academic standards, and student assessment
• Promote academic excellence while integrating a Christian worldview
• Directly supervise all school administrators and faculty
• Provide leadership and oversight for all fundraising efforts
• Participate actively in donor engagement, events, and campaigns
• Serve as the primary ambassador and public representative of the school
• Build strong relationships with parents, churches, alumni, and the broader community

• A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with the school’s statement of faith
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree in education, administration, or related field preferred)
• 5+ years of experience supervising staff and managing complex organizations
• Proven communication, organizational, and leadership skills
