* About the Role:
*
* As a CBRE Day porter, you will perform basic maintenance tasks. This includes housekeeping, occupancy, and custodial duties.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. Theyare responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
** What You'll Do:*
* + Maintain cleanliness of the property, equipment,engineering spaces, and shared areas. This includes cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the professional appearance of the designated area.
+ Perform physical tasks such as loading,unloading, and moving materials.
+ Organize inventory of storage rooms to ensurecontents are stocked.
+ Respond to employee desk and office lockouts and manages replacement keys.
+ Follow government and company regulations related to building operations and work safety.
+ Complete general labor work as assigned. This includes office furniture repairs, replacing ceiling and carpet tile, and adhoc requests.
+ Assist internal employees with office spacerelocation by delivering and collecting packing supplies.
+ Help maintenance staff, engineers, and company vendors with special projects as needed. Review work upon completion of aproject to ensure all deliverables are achieved.
+ Answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforwardproblems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods,and tasks are described in detail.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
** What You'll Need:*
* + Applicants must be currently authorized to work inthe United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years ofjob-related experience.
+ Fulfill the physical requirements associated withthis role. This includes stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs andladders. Must be able to lift or carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $49,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Facilities Coordinator position is $55,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
