Truck Driver (CDL)

Location: Ad-Tech Industries – Shipping & Receiving Department

Reports To: Shipping & Receiving Supervisor

Ad-Tech Industries is seeking a reliable Truck Driver (CDL) to safely pick up and deliver products in a timely manner. This position plays a key role in daily operations and serves as a professional representative of the company at customer facilities.

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle

• Pick up and deliver product according to assigned schedules

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Load and unload product using proper lifting techniques and mechanical assistance

• Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery paperwork, and mileage forms

• Verify order numbers, quantities, and packaging during deliveries

• Communicate delays, discrepancies, or breakdowns to supervision

• Follow all DOT, company, and customer safety requirements

• Wear required PPE and company-provided uniforms

• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) required

• Required endorsements:
  Class B, C, D, and special endorsement H

• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical

• High school diploma or GED required

• Forklift experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs. (mechanical aids available)

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

• Drivers must successfully complete a DOT physical examination conducted by a DOT-certified medical examiner listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.

• Full-time

• Typical workdays: 8–10 hours

• Home daily (local routes)

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate: $22 - $30 per hour (based on experience)
