Overview
The Marquardt, an Illuminus Community, is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The Marquardt is on a 52-acre campus with landscaped grounds and offers assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and independent living for older adults in Garden Homes and apartments. Established in 1969 and located in Watertown, Wisconsin, halfway between Madison and Milwaukee.
Full-time or part-time positions are available (0.6 FTE or higher).
Shifts:
AM, PM, or NOC. Compensation: $35.50-$45.00 per hour, based on experience. Shift differential applies for PM and NOC shifts. Eligible for sign-on bonus.
- Identify, provide for, and take responsibility for residents’ total nursing needs.
- Perform nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, and documentation.
- Ensure the provision of person-centered care within the skilled nursing setting.
- Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin or actively pursuing RN degree.
- Active CPR certification.
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
