Assemble, test, package, and ship USC equipment while ensuring product quality, safe handling, and timely order completion.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble systems and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, air tools, and a drill press.
- Package and ship orders accurately, including offshore documentation.
- Perform final inspections to confirm proper operation and completeness.
- Maintain SAP data: receive orders, process production orders, maintain BOMs/routings, and ship products.
- Keep work areas clean and safe; support cycle counts and inventories.
- Work with electrical voltages from 24V to 220V safely.
- Answer phones professionally and support internal/external customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet quality and production goals.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills; attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for production and inventory tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
- Lift 30–50 lbs regularly.
- Perform repetitive work with hands and tools.
- Climb up to four flights of stairs multiple times per day.
- Contact lenses prohibited due to safety requirements.
The expected compensation range for this position is between $43,600.00 and $72,660.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
