The Maintenance Technician supports the repair, maintenance, and installation of company equipment and capital assets. This role involves troubleshooting, fabrication, and servicing plant systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production and plant equipment.
• Fabricate parts using metal, plastic, or wood as needed.
• Monitor and service plant support systems (boilers, air compressors, water processing, powder silos) and production equipment.
• Assist with the layout and installation of new capital assets.
• Perform snow removal from exits, walkways, roofs, and docks.
• Respond to plant security and safety system needs.
• Order parts and accessories as required.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform bending and stretching.
• Must be able to perform physical work in a production setting and occasionally work in an office environment.
• Contact lenses are prohibited on the factory floor.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $57,000.00 and $95,000.00 per year, plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
