** Position Summary
** The Maintenance Technician supports the repair, maintenance, and installation of company equipment and capital assets. This role involves troubleshooting, fabrication, and servicing plant systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production and plant equipment.
* Fabricate parts using metal, plastic, or wood as needed.
* Monitor and service plant support systems (boilers, air compressors, water processing, powder silos) and production equipment.
* Assist with layout and installation of new capital assets.
* Perform snow removal from exits, walkways, roofs, and docks.
* Respond to plant security and safety system needs.
* Order parts and accessories as required.
* Complete tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.###
** Required Qualifications
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly; stand for extended periods; perform bending and stretching.
* Must be able to perform physical work in a production setting and occasionally work in an office environment.
* Contact lenses prohibited on the factory floor.

* The expected compensation range for this position is between $57,000.00 and $95,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
