Janitorial Team Member

Ad-Tech Industries – Supports multiple plant and office locations

The Janitorial Team Member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of multiple facilities
, including both plant and office areas. This role also supports light maintenance. A focus on detail, safety, and efficiency is essential to ensure a clean and organized workplace across all assigned locations.

• Clean restrooms, offices, cafeterias, and common areas according to schedule

• Mop, sweep, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.

• Maintain drinking fountains, wash basins, and other fixtures.

• Restock and monitor janitorial supplies; follow proper ordering procedures

• Handle waste disposal and manage the company's recycling program

• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed.

• Travel between assigned locations to support multiple facilities

• Follow proper lifting techniques and safety procedures.

• Wear required PPE, including steel‑toed shoes, gloves, and safety glasses.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

• Support emergency, fire, and severe weather procedures

• High school diploma or GED required

• Janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but on-the‑job training is available.

• Physically able to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally and 10–40 lbs. frequently

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Knowledge of cleaning practices, materials, and safety procedures

• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

• Valid driver's license preferred for travel between locations

• A combination of plant and office areas

• Exposure to heat in summer and varying temperatures

• Occasional exposure to odors and unpleasant tasks

• PPE required for protection from chemicals and bodily fluids
