• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Assist customers and technicians in locating and ordering the correct parts.
• Process returns and handle warranty claims as necessary.
• Collaborate with the service and sales departments to ensure timely parts availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts department.
• Perform parts pick up and delivery as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive parts or inventory management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with automotive parts systems and software is a plus.
