• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs.
• Stay updated on automotive technology and service procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs.
• Previous experience in a service advisor role is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software for service management.
