• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for hair and beauty needs.
• Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, and inventory.
• Ensure safety and security for customers, staff, and assets by following all policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment.

Qualifications for a Store Manager include:

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder, with or without accommodations.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working around equipment and chemicals.
