Kentro is hiring for an experienced Service Now Mid Server Admin for Kentro’s VA ESOM-End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States. In this role, you will plan and execute System Administrative tasks with a specialized focus on Service Now Mid Server operations. This role will collaborate with other Operations team members to ensure Mid Server infrastructure supporting Discovery and Integration to ensure that the system is healthy, secure, and properly maintained.

Location: This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.

• Plan and execute all System Administrative tasks related to Service Now Mid Server operations.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Mid Server instances across the enterprise environment.
• Monitor Mid Server health, connectivity, and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Support Discovery configurations and ensure Mid Server-based integrations function reliably.
• Administer Unix/Linux server environments supporting the Mid Server infrastructure.
• Coordinate with CMDB and Discovery teams on probe configuration and data feeds.
• Maintain documentation for Mid Server configurations and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure Mid Server security patching compliance with federal standards.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, engineering or other engineering or technical discipline (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education for a total of 13+ years of relevant experience).
• 5+ years total relevant experience (can be inclusive of below experience requirements)
• 2+ years of Service Now administration experience.
• 1+ year of Service Now Mid Server administration experience.
• Experience with Unix/Linux server administration.
• Understanding of network protocols and connectivity relevant to Mid Server operations.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Experience in a federal IT environment
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
