This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Watertown, SD. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensure adherence to project timelines, supervise construction teams, and manage resources effectively. Responsibilities include monitoring safety protocols, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards. The Site Supervisor will also collaborate with clients and team members to address project needs and resolve any arising issues.

• Experience in construction project management, site supervision, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of commercial framing, concrete work, and post-frame construction methods
• Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints
• Keen understanding of safety protocols and compliance measures at construction sites
• Effective communication skills for team coordination and client interaction
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Previous supervisory experience in construction or a related field is preferred
