Role: Superintendent
Primary Objective: Use assigned resources to execute the project/job plan (i.e. “Boots on the ground”).
Accountability Chart Roles:- Job LMA
- Jobsite Management
- Reporting
- Safety
- Equipment/Resources to do the Job
- Lead, Manage and hold you r jobsite staff accountable
- Manage the onsite work (boots on the ground).
- Ensuring your crew is filling out paperwork, reports, and timesheets correctly.
- Ensure jobsite safety requirements are followed, and crews maintain safety as a #1 priority.
- Ensure that every crew member has the proper resources and tools to do their job safely and efficiently.
- Efficiently using your resources.
- Paperwork getting done properly.
- No Injury's.
- Quality Workmanship.
