Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation efforts and communicating updates to site leadership and/or local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity.;
Monitor access points and public areas, help manage visitor flow, and assist with directing individuals to the appropriate departments while observing for policy violations and/or suspicious behavior.;
Complete reports and logs related to incidents, patrol observations, and security-related concerns, and escalate issues through the established chain of command.
