• Annual salary: guarantee $685,000 (in addition to WRVU bonus model) Year 1
• Signing bonus: $100,000
• Education Loan repayment: $20,000 each year

Position Details
• Hospital Employed practice joining 5 other surgeons with 2 Physician Assistants, growing practice!
• Full support of subspecialty practice growth
• Building to 6 full-time surgeons
• Supports one hospital in one clinic
• Level III trauma center, bread, and butter Ortho, complex injuries shipped out
• Hospitalist team admits ALL patients, Ortho is a consulting service
• OR:
  Dedicated block time, flip rooms, Mako Robot
• Catchment Area: 250,000, also serving nearby Fort Drum, home of the 10th Mountain Division
• Teaching opportunities are available with accredited ACGME/AOA programs
