, based on experience. This role supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, forklift operation, and inventory control. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This individual should have a high level of computer and inventory system experience.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Load and unload inbound and outbound 3rd party shipments
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
- Complete warehouse forms to track customer storage and inventory movement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, including sweeping and general upkeep
- Assist customers with vault access following prescribed processes and safety requirements
- Operate baler equipment and forklifts
- Cover for Warehouse Manager as needed
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
- Learn and adopt best practices for inventory control and materials handling
- Utilize computer systems for inventory tracking
- Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and storage of materials
- Understand and support mover tasks including packing, wrapping, materials identification, and safe lifting techniques
- Follow proper lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving methods where safety is the priority
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or moving industry experience required
- Forklift experience a plus; certification and training provided
- Ability to lift 50 to 75+ lbs regularly and request assistance for heavier items
- Ability to stand on your feet 6 to 10 hours per day
- Must have intermediate to advanced computer as well as reading and math skills
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Must be a team player with above average energy and organization skills
- Must have reliable transportation to Watertown or Mansfield branch locations
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
- Available for early morning or night shift start times but normal schedule would be Monday - Friday 10 a.m.
- 6p.m.
- Competitive hourly wages from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
, based on experience - Full time positions with overtime potential;
Monday thru Saturday schedule with occasional summer Sundays - Company provided uniforms
