Job Description

The Membership Consultant is responsible for overseeing membership sales, facility tours, and member retention for all three of our studios (Watertown, West Waltham, and SW Burlington).

The Membership Consultant is also responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals. Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Supporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio.
  • Responsible for achieving self-generated lead targets each month.
  • Manage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions
  • Responsible for hitting monthly new member growth goals
  • Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests
  • Delivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit - you help inspire them to take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals within our community
  • Create social media content and assist in managing social media channels
Qualifications
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Motivated and passionate about health and fitness
  • Positive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone
  • Comfortable learning new software, such as Mind Body and Loyalsnap
  • Bilingual preferred
