Jana Grill is a family-run Mediterranean and Caucasian restaurant in Watertown, known for its charcoal-grilled dishes and healthy comfort food. What began as a neighborhood spot has grown into a busy dining destination with private events and a growing catering program.

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen operations and uphold the quality, consistency, and flavor that Jana Grill is known for.

• Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations
• Execute and maintain consistency of existing recipes and standards
• Contribute to menu development, specials, and seasonal items
• Oversee prep, line execution, and charcoal grill operations
• Manage food costing, inventory, ordering, and waste control
• Train, schedule, and support kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations

• Full-time
• Fixed schedule
• Schedule based on experience and operational needs

• Minimum 10 years professional kitchen experience
• Minimum 5 years of chef experience
• Strong background in Mediterranean cuisine
• Preferable charcoal grilling / open-fire cooking knowledge
• Prior leadership experience in a professional kitchen
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable, hands-on, and quality-driven
