DELICIOUS MEALS IN THE MAKING

As our Line Cook, you’ll be a core part of the culinary team—prepping, cooking, and plating dishes that span from casual to upscale. Each day, you’ll arrive ready to dive into your station, whether it’s hot, cold, sauté, grill, salads, or banquet work. You’ll work closely with your teammates and chefs to follow recipes and maintain presentation standards, all while keeping your area clean and organized.

You’ll keep an eye on inventory and communicate any needs to leadership, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. From lunch service at the pool kitchen to a high‑volume dinner rush or a meticulously executed banquet, you’ll bring energy, skill, and pride to everything you create—while keeping things fun and professional with your crew.

You’ll have a flexible full‑ or part‑time schedule between 7 AM and 12 AM.

DO YOU HAVE THE INGREDIENTS WE NEED?
  • Experience as a Line Cook or similar role
  • Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
  • Ability to work under pressure and take direction
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and be exposed to hot and cold temperatures, steam, and slippery surfaces
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Having a culinary school diploma or equivalent is a plus, but not necessary. Fluency in Spanish is also a bonus!
