Are you a food manufacturing expert ready to take the reins of a high-growth production facility? We are seeking a strategic Plant Operations Manager to lead a phenomenal team toward the company's future growth plans. This isn't just a management role; it is a high-visibility opportunity for a Continuous Improvement champion to drive excellence in a fast-paced, premier food production environment.

You will ensure success in their highly regulated and specialized environment.

Direct experience within the Food Industry is strictly required. We are seeking a leader who understands the unique nuances of food safety, perishability, and high-standard quality controls.

• Maintain production and packaging standards for various operational procedures for inbound & outbound produced shipments.
• Provide oversight of supervisory staff, coaching and implementation of processes and procedures.
• Disposition and keeping of merchandise ensuring their timely receiving and shipment demands are met.
• Manage daily staff members of their duties, safety and work responsibilities.
• Maintain SOP’s, continuous improvements and training.
• Provide overall leadership and act as primary contact for all supply chain & logistics purposes.
• Increase production utilizing workforce efficiently and product safety.
• Focus on continuous improving key supply chain, logistics & business processes.
• Manage supply chain issues and understand consumption / demand issues and proactively work to resolve any supply chain crisis issues.
• Communicate any unplanned demand changes to customers.
• Lead the collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment process.
• Think strategically and have the ability to influence others.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired, but not required.
• 5 years or more in a similar role in Warehouse, Plant Manager, Operations role in the food industry.
• Comfortable dealing with demanding external customers.
• Capable to think and act strategically in the business, while able to focus on day-to-day operational execution managing a team of employees.
• Customer service oriented with strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, FDA and other Food Safety guidelines.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
