Overview
Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting (Bosch Home Comfort Group) is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant reporting of legal entities in accordance with internal policies, IFRS standards, and local GAAP requirements. This role drives financial transparency, supports management decisions, and fosters continuous improvement across the Home Comfort subgroup.
Location:
Watertown, MA; on-site options may include Dallas, TX and Londonderry, NH.
- Ensure high-quality and timely submission of IFRS financial reports for all HC entities.
- Oversee compliance with internal reporting guidelines and external legal requirements.
- Manage local GAAP reporting processes and coordinate Bosch internal approval workflows.
- Prepare quarterly management reviews, including balance sheet and P&L analysis, and shared service center performance assessments.
- Align and reconcile internal and external financial reporting KPIs as required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IFRS-related questions and interpretations within HC group entities.
- Support the preparation of financial materials for shareholder and board meetings.
- Identify, define, and drive process improvements within the HC finance community and shared service centers.
- Track implementation progress and share best practices across the organization.
- Partner effectively with legal entities, shared service centers, finance, controlling, corporate departments, and external auditors to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in IFRS accounting.
- Proven experience with consolidation and reporting tools such as One Stream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, or S/4 Group Reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP-FI and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $145,000. Individual pay is determined based on factors including experience, job knowledge, role complexity, and location. This range does not include annual bonus or other compensation. The recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range during the interview process.
