We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Microarray Printing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a reliable self-starter with the ability to work independently and a strong attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills are a must. The incumbent will be a team player, open to new ideas and with a commitment to personal development and continual learning.

Critical skillsets for this position include experience with M2 Systems, Scieon, Biodot, Biospot, or equivalent ultra low volume liquid dispensing equipment.

• All aspects of existing low volume dispensing equipment and processes including hands on operation to support a nanotechnology biosensor development team.
• Developing process qualifications and training.
• Interfacing with engineers, scientists, integration engineers during the design and execution of process and equipment improvement projects.
• Installation and qualification of new low volume dispensing equipment.
• Developing microprinting processes for existing and new materials.
• Writing and maintaining process documentation.
• Verification and Validation of processes.
• Performing all other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Chemistry or a related STEM degree with 3-5 years relevant industry experience or master’s degree with 3 years’ experience.
• Hands‑on experience running low volume liquid deposition or microarray process equipment.
• Experience with process development and documentation activities.
• Must be able to work independently, providing technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems.
• Direct experience working in an FDA or ISO 13485 regulated environment.
• Hands‑on experience running low volume dispensing equipment.
• Experience with development and documentation of processes.
• Experience with IQ, OQ, PQ for verification and validation.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others and work independently.
• Experience in structured problem‑solving methodology to troubleshoot tool and process issues.
• Data analysis.
• Knowledge of statistical process control.
