Receptionist Job Description What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a growing beauty team.

• Greeting every client with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed the moment they walk through the door.
• Managing check-ins, check-outs, and appointments while keeping the daily schedule running smoothly and efficiently.
• Answering phone calls, texts, and messages promptly, providing accurate information about services, availability, and policies.
• Processing payments and maintaining organized, up-to-date client profiles to support seamless service delivery.
• Keeping the front desk and waiting area clean, tidy, and fully stocked so the space always reflects our elevated beauty-bar standard.
• Assisting staff with day-to-day flow—helping coordinate clients between lash, spray tan, and esthetic services as needed.
• Confirming appointments, managing cancellations professionally, and communicating clearly with clients to avoid confusion or gaps in the schedule.
• Creating a positive, calming environment by being patient, attentive, and reliable even during busy times.

• Strong customer service skills and a naturally warm, welcoming personality
• Prior salon, spa, beauty, or front-desk experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills — in person, by phone, and through text/DM
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy hours
• Comfortable using booking systems, POS, and basic technology
• Professional appearance and a polished, friendly attitude
