This is a full-time on-site role located in Watertown, CT for a Production Technician. The Production Technician will be responsible for daily operational tasks including implementing quality control measures, performing maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Additional responsibilities include monitoring production processes and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Quality Control procedures and adherence to industry standards
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and operational issues
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Knowledge and ability to conduct Preventive Maintenance on equipment
- Effective Communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous
