We are looking for Care Pro's for morning and afternoon shifts! Any hours between 8a-8p

Welcome to Home Instead Trumbull, CT. We are seeking a caring, compassionate, and dedicated Care Professional to join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical solutions that enable people to remain in their homes and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, support, and compassion.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding)

Companionship and conversation

Light housekeeping tasks (vacuum, wet mop, dust, laundry, etc.)

Meal preparation

Transportation

Reminders (medication, appointments, etc.)

Engagement of functional activities for mind & body

Dependability, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

Ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect

Effective communication with team members, clients, and their families in a friendly and professional manner

Adaptability to various living environments and locations

Requirements for Care Professionals:

Drive to help seniors thrive in the community

Current proof of negative TB test

Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds

Completion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening

Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
