Finance Manager

Premgroup Ltd is a well-established group of specialist construction and property service providers. We deliver exceptional solutions across multiple divisions, servicing sectors including fall protection, roofing, surveying and electrical works.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive leader to oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic financial planning. This role acts as a bridge between transactional finance and senior leadership, with a clear pathway to Finance Director.

• Manage and supervise finance administrators, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for senior leadership.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support the Finance Director with strategic projects and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or working towards.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience or potential to lead a small team.
• Proficiency in Xero and Excel.

• Exposure to strategic planning and leadership responsibilities to prepare for progression to Finance Director.

• £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE) annual salary, with future progression in pay and potential leadership roles based on performance.
