Role OverviewJoin the WIS International team as a Retail Inventory Associate – Driver, where you’ll transport team members to inventory events, count and record inventory accurately, and meet daily performance goals. Starting Wage$17.00 – $19.00 (Competitive pay with a productivity‑based wage increase of up to $5.00 over the first six months)

- Work with a single customer in the home improvement segment as part of a dedicated team.
- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events while adhering to traffic laws and WIS safety requirements, including vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and benefit from productivity‑based wage increases.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Preferred experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver, and/or Warehouse work.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence for at least 36 consecutive months and a minimum of 3 years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment investigative consumer report, pre‑employment screening, and MVR check.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
- Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
- Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus, attention to detail, and reliable attendance.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Access to reliable transportation.
Job Duties
- Pick up, drop off, and regularly drive rental and company‑owned vehicles.
- Pick up employees from designated meet sites on time.
- Transport additional or nearby employees when short‑staffed.
- Safely and timely transport employees to and from inventory events, mapping efficient routes.
- Fulfill miscellaneous tasks and errands to support customer and company needs.
- Proactively adjust driving plans to the most efficient and safe routes as needed.
- Complete required vehicle inspections and cleanings per safety and fleet policies.
- Work closely with District Managers, Area Managers, and Inventory Supervisors to promptly address safety concerns, vehicle issues, employee issues, policy violations, or customer concerns.
- Build rapport and engage professionally with all team members and coworkers.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times.
- Schedule required vehicle maintenance and service appointments, ensuring timely completion.
- Assist with safety checks at event start‑up, including ladder safety inspections.
- May be asked to occasionally count at inventory events to assist in meeting customer demands and goals.
Stand for prolonged periods, walk, use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequently squat, kneel, or crouch, use ladders, lift and carry items up to 25 lbs., travel by car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
