Job Overview
Non‑CDL Yard Driver at Lazer Logistics in Waterloo, IA. Home‑daily routes, no layovers, predictably steady hours.
Responsibilities- Operate yard equipment safely and efficiently, complying with all federal and state regulations.
- Ensure timely moves and excellent service to customers and team members.
- Minimum 6 months of spotting and/or 1 year of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
- Valid CDL license and clean driving record.
- $22.00 per hour PLUS $1 shift differential.
- Limited time retention bonus: $1,500.
- Up to $2,000 referral bonus.
- Ongoing overtime after 40 hours.
- Local routes – home daily; no long hauls, no touch freight, no layovers.
