What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service industries
  • Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking
  • Deliver consultative presentations both in-person and virtually to showcase how Genius® improves business operations
  • Collaborate with management to identify new sales opportunities and close deals efficiently
  • Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Two or more years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Proven success in B2B sales, especially within the fintech or merchant services sectors
  • Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus
  • High energy and self-motivated with a competitive spirit
