Position: BREW BROTHERS HOST ESS

POSITION SUMMARY

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Host/Hostess is also responsible for delivery of customer service to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Adhere to department service standards of being accommodating, accurate, and attentive

Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations in all types of business conditions.

Responsible for providing superior guest service including but not limited to seating and greeting the guest.

Routine manual labor including but not limited to clearing of tables, moving tables and chairs, dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming and simple operation of basic equipment.

Takes and serves to-go orders as needed.

Completes all company-required training within designated time frames.

Performs other duties as assigned.
