Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently

* Be knowledgeable of all kitchen station assignments

* Stock kitchen inventory as needed

* Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly kitchen

* Stay updated with new Chick-fil-A products

* Work safely around kitchen equipment

* Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

* Work quickly to ensure timely guest experiences

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Consistent and reliable

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Detail-oriented

* Able to multi-task

* Works well independently and in a team

* Willing to work a flexible schedule

* Able to lift and carry 23 lbs. regularly
