Job Responsibilities- Perform scheduled physical counts of inventory to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Research and resolve inventory discrepancies involving products and quantities.
- Conduct and document audits of the receiving and put-away processes, and assist with both internal and external audits.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, adhering strictly to established protocols and standards.
- Guide quality assurance processes, tools, and quality standards with industrial teams to achieve flawless outcomes.
- Develop and improve reports evaluating standards or specialized testing methods to ensure results meet or exceed quality, timing, and cost standards.
- Contribute to the development of protocols for the implementation and maintenance of technical QA and control systems for production processes.
- Assist in audits and review quality data according to existing procedures, detailing results in the required format.
- Coordinate data for technical documentation to enable the quality methods function to calibrate and refine methodologies, crafting continuous improvement impacts.
- Adhere to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Ensure regular and reliable attendance to support team and operational success.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the team.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Start rate of $23.00 with overtime required as scheduled on all shifts. Monthly Incentive Bonus based on performance. Pay range commonly listed as $15.00 - $22.61; exact amount may vary by location and role. This role is eligible for bonuses or incentive plans. Ferguson complies with wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
