• EMR: EPIC
• OT/Holiday: 1.15x
• Call Back: 1.5x (2-hour minimum)
• On Call: $9/hr
• Charge/Precept: $6/hr
• Billable OT
• 36–40 hrs/week → OT after 40 hrs
• 48 hrs/week → OT after 48 hrs

• 130 beds
• Ratios: 1:6
• Telemetry monitoring & tele reads
• Drips:
  Heparin, Insulin, Lasix, Amiodarone, Diltiazem, Digoxin
• Float required: BH, ED, ICU, and some post‑procedural areas
• Must pass Basic Dysrhythmia Assessment (80% required during onboarding)
