Family Birth Center RN – Full Time Nights

Mercy One is looking to hire a Labor and Delivery RN to provide evidence‑based, outcome‑focused care to expectant mothers and their newborns in a dynamic, supportive environment. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care while supervising and coordinating the nursing team. You will collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and optimal outcomes for both mother and baby.

Full time

Night Shift: 3 PM – 3 AM

• 36 hours per week
• Night shift 3 PM – 3 AM

• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license.
• BLS, Mandatory Reporter, NRP, ALCS certificates.
• No prior experience required.
