Advanced Heat Treat Corp. is seeking a Part‑time Production Support to work at their Mid Port Blvd, Waterloo, IA facility. The role involves supporting Equipment Operators and Technicians, following process instructions and work orders, and performing routine shop duties such as fixturing, masking, cleaning, loading, and unloading of customer parts. The schedule is typically one day per weekend (Saturday or Sunday) with flexible hours during the week.

• Provide support to equipment operators and technicians.
• Follow process instructions and work orders accurately.
• Perform fixturing, masking, cleaning, loading, and unloading of customer parts.
• Carry out routine shop duties and maintain attention to detail.

• One year industrial experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate forklift (hi‑lo) and overhead crane preferred.
