ThisPosition
The Warehouse Manager will serve as one of the key support roles to the Plant Manager, ensuring that demand is balanced with capacity across all shifts. This role is critical to maximizing production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and ensuring that customer orders are met on time.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving Manager oversees all operations associated with receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials and finished goods. This role ensures efficient material flow through the facility while maintaining world-class warehouse standards for safety, accuracy, inventory control, customer service, and operational excellence.
The Manager leads warehouse, shipping, receiving, and material-handling personnel; owns critical performance metrics; and collaborates closely with production, purchasing, sales, customer service, logistics, and planning teams. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting production schedules, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESWarehouse, Shipping & Receiving Operations- Lead daily operations including receiving, storing, picking, staging, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed correctly, documented accurately, and shipped on time according to CPM standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain optimal warehouse layout, storage methods, and material flow processes to maximize space and improve efficiency.
- Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation for all domestic and international shipments.
