Field Operations Cleaning Technician

Superior Cleaning is seeking a dependable, high-performing professional to join our team as a Field Operations Cleaning Technician.

This is a key, trusted position within our company. You will support multiple commercial properties , step in where needed, and help ensure our standards of excellence are consistently delivered across all locations.

This is not an entry-level cleaning role - we are looking for someone reliable, professional, and committed.

Shift: Hours are somewhat flexible

1st 9am- 530pm

2nd 3pm-1130pm

Work Settings:
Office buildings and manufacturing facilities

Duties Include:

• Emptying trash and recycling
• Dusting and wiping surfaces
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial cleaning services (offices, banks, industrial facilities, etc.)
• Travel between assigned job sites
• Support site teams and fill in as needed
• Maintain high-quality standards at every location
• Work independently and efficiently
• Represent Superior Cleaning with professionalism

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 25 lbs overhead
• Able to be on your feet for extended periods
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attendance record and punctuality
• Ability to travel between multiple job sites
