Do you in fixing things and helping people? Are you handy with power tools? Then come join Friendship Village Maintenance team. Work on general maintenance requests to fix, maintain, or add items in the homes of our retired seniors and throughout all areas of our campus. Help keep the buildings looking great, both inside and out!

Hours will vary depending on the season but primary hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday to Friday with rotating weekend coverage. Our facilities are open 365 days a year, so candidates must be flexible and willing to work any hours including weekends or holidays on an on-call basis as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Prior maintenance experience required
• Able to safely operate maintenance power and hand tools
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Residents, Staff and Guests.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work in all types of weather. There is a frequent need to stand, stop, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds)
