Title: Data Engineer-118451

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve analytics data products. These analytics data products deliver insights to end-users and/or production applications which help drive product support goals and an improved customer experience.
  • Complete exploratory data analysis to evaluate the feasibility and value of data product proposals.
  • Develop and deploy robust production data products, ensuring:
    • Processing efficiency at scale.
    • Clean, concise, organized, and comprehensible code.
    • Thorough validation and reliable output.
    • Clear and useful documentation of the product.
  • Execute support, maintenance, and continuous improvement on existing projects.
  • Define, develop and maintain data pipelines which ingest new data or transform data in novel ways to support analytical insights.
  • Proactively identify innovative improvement ideas.
  • VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position

Preference is for candidates working onsite, however current remote employees may be considered.

What Skills You Need
  • Experience with Python and SQL programming languages.
  • Skill in leveraging PySpark to efficiently handle and process large-scale datasets.
  • Experience designing, planning, product ionizing, maintaining, and documenting reliable and scalable data infrastructure and data products in complex environments.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate complex topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
What Makes You Stand Out
  • Ability to explore new frameworks, technologies, and tools, and strategizing their technical implementation.
  • Understanding of machine learning, generative artificial intelligence, and other advanced analytical techniques.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and strong desire to innovate.
  • Experience using Git Hub and Databricks.
  • P&PA or C&F product knowledge.
Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience in a related career field.
