! We are currently seeking applications for a supported community living direct support professional

This is an on-call position working a minimum of 15 hours per month.

• Provide support to persons served
• Assisting with accommodations for personal hygiene needs or feeding as required
• Lead social and educational activities
• Working on planned goals and objectives
• Documenting services provided
