- Serve as the front line of the Clinical Department and ensure residents receive the medications they need.
- Provide medications and perform Activities of Daily Living.
- Observe changes in resident condition and maintain a safe environment.
- Maintain education related to resident care and medications.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Unencumbered State of Iowa CNA certificate.
- State of Iowa approved Medication Aide training.
- CPR certification.
- One year of CNA and Medication Aide experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
