As an Outpatient Clinic RN at Mercy One, you’ll join a team of highly skilled, passionate nurses supporting a variety of specialties, including pain management and endoscopy. You’ll bring a go-getter attitude and strong multitasking skills to deliver safe, compassionate care. Your ability to adapt and take initiative will help ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient experiences.

• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care in outpatient clinic setting.
• Assist in pain management, endoscopy, and specialty nursing functions.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to support clinic operations.
• Support patient education and preventive care initiatives.

Shift
:
Day Shift

• Start times range from 8 am to 10 am, department closes at 6:30 pm
• Call 2 nights per month
• Every 12th weekend call rotation
• 0.6 FTE

• Associate degree required, BSN preferred.
• No prior experience required.
