Electrophysiology Cardiologist - $690K Base + $100K Bonuses

Mercy One Waterloo Heart Clinic is recruiting a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Electrophysiologist to join a well-established, progressive cardiovascular team delivering advanced arrhythmia care. This is a high?quality EP opportunity with strong leadership, modern technology, and excellent compensation.

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $690,162 for first 2 years
• Incentive: Production-based compensation
• Bonuses Totaling $100,000
  • $25K Signing Bonus
  • $25K Commencement Bonus
  • $25K Retention Bonus after Year 3
  • $25K Retention Bonus after Year 4
• Relocation Allowance: $15,000
• Full benefits package including retirement, malpractice, CME, and paid time off

Join a mature EP service line led by Dr. Victor Abrich , supported by experienced staff and strong APP coverage.

Clinical capabilities include:

• Electrophysiology studies
• Radio frequency and cryoablation
• Pulsed-field ablation coming soon
• Conduction system pacing (including left bundle branch area pacing)
• Pacemaker, ICD, CRT, and leadless device implantation
• Loop recorders and remote rhythm monitoring
• Hybrid EP lab and advanced cardiac imaging

• Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter
• SVT, PVCs, ventricular tachycardia
• Syncope and sick sinus syndrome
• Inherited arrhythmias (Long QT, WPW)
• Complex device and ablation cases

• Large regional referral base
